For detailed description and reservation requests, please access rental form.
This form is only used in addition to a new reservation in the shopping cart or after an existing reservation to specify your needs:
- arrival time (from 3 p.m. or before on request) and departure time (from 1 p.m. or later on request)
- number of beds and necessary registration of all guests (unregistered people are not allowed on private property!)
*Ordering bedding (add to cart after check-in):
- mandatory bed sheets (provided from 3 nights) or own bedding (mattresses, duvets and pillows available), shower linens
*Ordering extras (add to cart after check-in):
- transport services
- drinks, meals and breakfast
- guided hikes (Chalet Rando)
- equipment rentals (kitchen, leisure, office)
You can benefit from 10-20% on all prices either by:
- completing check-in within 7 days of booking
- paying in advance with a security deposit
- sleeping with your own bedding
- leaving the accommodation before 11 a.m.
We are granting 10% discount on our entire shop for your next orders or stays until the end of the year!
After your payment, you will receive our PDF of hiking suggestions (Champex and Val d´Arpette). You can also then buy your Saint-Bernard Pass to enjoy all the activities and unlimited transport during your stay!

**Flatsharing
You can reduce price by 40% by occupying only the large room (max. 5 people) or the small rooms (max. 3 people) and by agreeing to share the accommodation with other occupants depending on the rooms available (3 and 5 beds). Rest of accommodation is shared. If we receive another roommate request during your stay (or your friends, colleagues, family, etc.), the reduction will be refunded to you.
Arrival Instructions
We are preparing your arrival for 3 p.m. (or according to the agreed time) and look forward to welcoming you!
A few precautions for your stay:
For your information, the fireplace is absolutely not usable, the pipe being blocked by the pellet stove upstairs. The stove is controlled by the white thermostat in the room by pressing +/-. The pellets must be added to the stove before it is empty. During your absences, you can turn it off and then turn it back on when you return to avoid overheating.
Be careful with the risk of fire, the firefighters are not on site... first aid a small fire extinguisher is located next to the fireplace, the emergency numbers are behind the front door .
Fire for grilling can be made in the brazier outside (wood, charcoal or electric grill to order).
The key is secured on site, the code will be sent to you with the instructions after your online check-in.
Starting Instructions
You can leave the place according to the agreed time or otherwise before 1pm. We offer you the possibility of advantageously extending your stay depending on availability.
We thank you in advance for your care in returning this place to us in the best condition. Sheets and dirty linen can be placed in the laundry basket and unused linen set aside. Sorting bins are available outside (glass, aluminium, PET, paper), food waste can be disposed of in wood compost towards the forest.
Before you leave, don't forget to turn off the heaters and lock the patio door. All you have to do is put the key in the key box by turning the numbers.

⚠️ Additional fees charged
We reserve the right to claim costs after your departure in the event of irregularities (which we regularly have to deplore) and not foreseen in the rental such as:
- additional people or pets without reservations (outdoor surveillance camera)
- smoke indoors or cigarette butts in the grass (smoke detectors)
- animal droppings in the garden
- accommodation left excessively dirty, outdoor pollution (additional cleanings)
- unsorted waste (price by weight)
- use of bedding without covers, additional covers or covers not removed
- broken crockery
- lost key
- missing or damaged hardware
- use of provisions or rental equipment
- electricity consumption exceeding quota of 20 kWh / night
